Round Robin Returns Home

I have been very patiently waiting for my friend Ely to finish the last block in a round robin that ended last fall with the ladies on the HGTV Quilting and Needlework Forum.  Ely has had a lot on her plate and has not felt well either, so I knew she would finish when she could.  I could not have been more thrilled when I opened the box and saw my piggies staring back at me! The little red piggie is mine to finish now that they are home.

To refresh your memory of the other piggie blocks the World Wide Crazy Quilt group was working on...

And here they all are together in one spot.  I think this is going to make a very fun and fantastic wallhanging!  I have 6 more naked blocks and I may do some one on one swapping with a few other ladies so they can go in the quilt too.  I love how a quilt can tell so many stories by all of the ladies who have worked on it.

Here are a few close ups so you can see everyone's work a little better.  I hope you love this as much as I do!  I am over the moon thrilled!

I hope you have enjoyed what I had to share with you today! :)

I followed over from Kathyinozarks link. You have quite a delightful group of piggies on the blanket ;) The work that went into them is incredible! Have a great day :) Wendy
