I could not begin to do a bit of the work with my fibromyalgia, though. I'm thrilled you got to spend time with family and had a great friend at your side. Glad you are already looking at potential properties.<br />I had a great summer. I went to Albuquerque to see daughter and family. I saw my daughter 2 days the entire 2+ weeks I was there. I knew she and hubby would be gone one week. She had an opportunity to meet up with sorority sisters in Dallas for a long weekend and I couldn't deny her the opportunity. I had a blast with the boys (3 and 8). We crafted every day - sidewalk chalk (even daughter and son-in-law got in on the action when they returned), sun catchers (daughter did help that time), clay, Play-Doh, paint with jar lids as shapes. We even went shopping for some of the supplies. We had a ball. It's hard to compete with electronic media. Then I went on a trip of a lifetime to England and attended the Festival of Quilts in Birmingham. My paternal grandfather is from England so it was like going home without ever being there. Now, grandma in Albuquerque is going to Israel and I'm going back for three weeks. Little guy in going to pre-school for the first time. So, I'll be taxi driver and sitter and big guy is out of school every Wednesday afternoon. Then the week after I get home, I'm having another lumpectomy. My first was in November 2003. It's in the exact same spot - probably scar tissue. It's practically on my back - where the breast meets the side. We can't get the spot on a mammogram or a breast MRI. All 4 doctors do NOT think the cancer is back. So, we are postponing the surgery until I return from Albuquerque. It'll be a long healing time on a radiated breast and risk of infection and he doesn't want the boys jostling my breast. It should be a piece of cake. I was up and out the next day last time. He doesn't plan to go into the lymph nodes this time. I've missed you with our busy lives. I'll be praying that your property sells quickly and you get what you need from it to make the move. I know it's difficult to be away from family. My son moved to the Oklahoma City area earlier this year to be with his son and his son's mom (I call her my daughter-in-law). She and I have remained friends all these years that they have had difficulties. So, I am totally alone here. Prayers will be flowing for you. I'm anxious to see your post and glad to see the hops again. I hope to try to join in again after things settle down.Suzehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05825257012315494167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5822857009027781367.post-38772630577443185292014-09-02T19:16:20.723-05:002014-09-02T19:16:20.723-05:00You've had a great summer from the sounds of i...You've had a great summer from the sounds of it.
